Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely attach it to your package.

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the original box is taped securely to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
